Short-term Rental Units
The existing home is a 900 sf bungalow built in 1953. It has seen extensive renovations over the years and serves as a two-resident, rental revenue property. New roof installed in 2017, furnace was upgraded approximately 2018 and the hot water tank was replaced in 2022. With three decks surrounding the house, a double, oversized garage and an additional two parking stalls, there's no shortage of room for your tenants to park their toys. Let them cover your carrying costs while you finalize your new-build plans.
A BIT ABOUT ME...
I'm a single father of two young children.
I'm a musician.
I'm a Communication Technician.

I bought this house when I was a bachelor. Being close proximity to downtown, 17th Ave, restaurants, nightlife and dense population were all my priorities. The house suited my lifestyle and the lot was huge! I renovated and upgraded the house as I went along, and this place was definitely my home. I loved this place.
Fast forward to today and my life is very different. As a single dad to two amazing children, my priorities have majorly changed. The density, traffic, belt-line hustle of things is less appealing when I have two young humans to care for. I'm ready to live in the burbs.
I see what's happening (development-wise) in this area and I know this as an opportunity for those in the development business to do very well. As I know that this existing house will never be purchased for long-term residential living, I am choosing to forsake the assistance of a realtor. There's no need for walk-throughs and tire-kickers here. I've researched comparable communities and feel my price is still much lower than it will become once the community catches up - and it's happening now! Please feel free to contact me.
